How a programme at Mindwise works
An individual programme at Mindwise is a targeted collaboration, tailored to you, your sport, and whatever is weighing on you most as an athlete right now. We meet once to several times a month, and you get ongoing sparring at least every two weeks, so you're never alone with the pressure when it matters.
